The ground floor comprises the living room, kitchen and fourth bedroom. This room is not exactly ensuite as it shares the powder room (which is next door) and which also has a shower. The living room opens onto a patio for outside dining near to the pool. The master bedroom occupies the entire upper level and has partial sea views. The first floor comprises two further bedrooms which share a terrace.
