Itinerary

  • Day 1 -2   Sydney

    Day 1 - Upon arrival at Sydney  you will be met by your private guide and transferred to your hotel. After dropping your bags you will be taken  on a 4 hour guided tour of the city, a great introduction to the land mark sights of this wonderful city, In the afternoon you will join a Sydney Bridge climb at Twilight and see the city and the from a different point of view, and watch the sunset over the beautiful harbour.

    Day 2 - In the morning you will visit the Sydney Opera house and enjoy a back stage tour, afterwards you will enjoy breakfast in the world-famous green room. This evening you will make your way to the wharf, for your twilight harbour cruise where you can sit back and marvel at the the Sydney skyline..


  • Day 3   Blue Mountains

    Day 3 -  This morning at 07:30 you will be picked up to venture into the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains region on your Full Day private guided tour. Visiting Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can close to Kangaroos, Koalas, wallabies and wombats before the crowds arrive,

    Yoy will visit Kings Tableland, Jamison Valley  nd enjoy the breathtaking views the Blue Mountains ar famous for, complete with a delicious l lunch at a local cafe in the heart of the Blue mountain, before travelling towards Katoomba around the cliff where from Eagles Hawk you can see the 3 Sisters Rock formation. After taking marvelling at the views from incredible vantage points you will drive back to Sydney to arrive around 5pm.

  • Day 4 and Day 5  Uluru (Ayers Rock)

    Day 4 - Depart Sydney and journey to the Red Centre, home to the iconic Uluru. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. Dinner tonight will be a special experience  " A night at Field by Light by Camel"   Prior to sunset  you will be transferred on a a camel train, meander through th red sand dunes with Uluru and Kata Tjuta as your backdrop.  As darkness falls the Field of Light illuminates. and you will enjoy Northern Territory culinary delights.

    Day 5 - Travel away from the crowds to a secluded sand dune to watch the spectacular sight of sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. In the company of your expert guide and with no more than 15 other passengers, Desert Awakenings is designed to introduce you to the natural and cultural landscapes of this remarkable region. fter breakfast your guide will explain the natural history of the region, and as the daylight reveals the myriad of animal tracks in the sand an insight into what activity took place during the night.  

    Next depart for Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and the first stop is Kuniya where you’ll take a short walk to the Mutitjulu waterhole. A visit here will help appreciate its cathedral like proportions and why it is such a powerful and spiritual place for visitors and Anangu alike. A guide will explain some of the rock paintings and some of the stories from the creation period as told by the Anangu people. Next stop is the Cultural Centre, a vibrant and engaging place of learning where the local lore of the Anangu (Aboriginal people) is explained in detail.  


  • Day 6 Port Douglas  Port Douglas

    Fly from Uluru to Cairns, where your private driver will transfer you to your hotel, 

    The drive between Cairns and Port Douglas provides spectacular ocean views along a string of picturesque beaches that divides the reef and rainforest. As you travel north you will pass the northern beaches of Palm Cove and Ellis Beach, before passing the Rex Lookout where you can see Port Douglas and forested peaks of the Daintree National Park and Cape Tribulation in the distance. 


  • Day 7   Daintree Wanderer Private Tour

    You will friven to the Daintree section of the Wet Tropics World Heritage protected rainforest. Your journey takes up the beautiful Alexandra Range passing through rainforest and on to your first stop for a home style morning tea deep in the rainforest at the Jindalba boardwalk. Here you will immerse inside the protected forests and take you on a guided walk to view ancient plants and amazing wildlife.  

    Lunch is a special treat today, deep under the Rainforest canopy. Enjoy a delicious lunch of tropical rainforest-inspired local produce. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy quality food, whilst bathed in the serenity of the Tropical Rainforests. You will have the chance for a private rainforest walk here as well, and may spot rainforest lizards, birds, butterflies and perhaps even marsupials. Your last stop and final lasting impression will be at the outstanding panoramic picture postcard view at Alexandra Range Lookout. From here you'll have a spectacular view of the mouth of the Daintree River, Snapper Island and on a clear day Port Douglas.  

     
    One final treat for the day is the crossing on the Daintree River Ferry – the iconic vehicle punt which transfers you out of the world heritage rainforest and on to your home-ward road. You will be back at your accommodation early in the evening.


  • Day 8  Great Barrier Reef

    This morning you will be collected from your accommodation to begin your full day Low Isles Snorkel and Sail Cruise. Experience the ultimate in relaxed sailing and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, Low Isles onboard a luxury catamaran.  
     
    Explore the protected Coral Cay with white sandy beaches and coconut palms surrounded by magnificent coral gardens and the Coral Seas. The catamaran moors in the sheltered blue lagoon so you can relax on the island, join a guided snorkel tour, take a trip on the glass bottom boat or laze on the deck before an exhilarating sail back to port.  
     
    All your snorkelling equipment, seasonal lycra suits and flotation devices are included as well as snorkelling instructions and in-water assistance. Enjoy morning tea, a buffet lunch and afternoon tea on your full day tour today


  • Day 9  Skyrail experience to Kuranda

    This morning you will be collected from your accommodation and transferred to Skyrail Station to begin your journey through the Rainforest. Be amazed by the spectacular tropical rainforest from the unique viewing perspective of Skyrail’s glass floor Diamond View Gondolas. 
     
    You’ll glide just metres above the rainforest canopy before descending through the canopy layers and deep into the heart of the forest at Skyrail’s two rainforest mid-stations for the ultimate tropical rainforest experience. A Skyrail Experience will take approximately 1½ hours one way.The small town of Kuranda is known for its markets and arty rustic charm. Along with its stunning location, it has many attractions including the Koala Gardens, Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, Batreach, Birdworld and the Australis Gallery on Coondoo Street. 
     
    On your return towards Cairns board the Kuranda Scenic Railway. Built over 100 years ago this historic train winds its way through the tropical mountain ranges between Cairns and Kuranda.


  • Day 10- 11  Port Douglas

    Day 10  Time at leisure to enjoy the sophisticated and upmarket resort of Port Douglas, or spend the day relaxing on Four Mile Beach 

    Day 11 - You willl be transferred to the airport in time for your onward flight.
