The coastal town of Ålesund is the commercial capital of the Møre og Romsdal district. But more important, it is noted for its characteristic Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) buildings, which some claim make Ålesund one of the most beautiful towns in Norway. This Art Nouveau style emerged when the town was completely rebuilt after a devastating fire in 1904 destroyed nearly 800 buildings and left 10,000 residents homeless. Honningvåg's northerly location makes for long, dark winter nights and perpetually sun-filled summer days. Most of those who journey to Nordkapp (North Cape), the northernmost tip of Europe, are in it for a taste of this unique, otherworldly, rugged yet delicate landscape. You'll see an incredible treeless tundra, with crumbling mountains and sparse dwarf plants. The subarctic environment is very vulnerable, so don't disturb the plants. Walk only on marked trails and don't remove stones, leave car marks, or make campfires. Because the roads are closed in winter, the only access is from the tiny fishing village of Skarsvåg via Sno-Cat, a thump-and-bump ride that's as unforgettable as the desolate view.

Blessed with some of the most spectacular scenery in Norway (and goodness only know that this is land blessed with rolling hills, soaring peaks, valleys, tranquil fjords and white sandy beaches, so the competition is high!), Leknes is what Norway is meant to be. Midship - Deck 10
The midship Suite (Ambassador Deck 10) offers a central location and easy access to the spa, sun/pool deck, and Borough Market one deck above on Lido Deck 11. Positioned near the heart of the ship, this cabin is in an ideal location to reduce the effect of the ship’s movement. The Suite includes a private balcony with ocean view, sitting area, two twin beds, and the majority of cabins can be converted to a double bed arrangement. This has been designated a single cabin.

Lupino's

Lupino’s restaurant pays homage to Michelle Lupino – our much missed colleague who sadly passed away following a short illness in October 2022. Lupino’s is a Mediterranean-style restaurant with a relaxed, al-fresco feel. Guests can expect fresh Mediterranean salads, mezze and more. Supplementary charges apply. Please book on board.

Taking inspiration and serving cuisines from all over the world, with our casual buffet style eatery, Borough Market, features a wealth of flavours from all corners of the globe, allowing guests to craft their own unique dining experience.
Buckingham

Breakfast and lunch in Buckingham are generally served on an open seating basis, giving guests flexibility on when to dine to suit them. At breakfast, you can expect a full buffet with one special served to the table and for lunch there will be starter, soup and dessert served buffet style with the main course served to the table. At dinner, we operate two sittings, which can be requested upon booking and will be, and you can expect our standard 5-course dinner served full table service that may know and love from Ambience.
